Aunt Cindy's Homestyle Chocolate Chip Cookie with Peanut Butter                As you are preparing a bag of Aunt Cindy's Chocolate Chip Cookies, simply add 2/3 cup of CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER.  I prefer Skippy Extra Crunchy.  Whip the butter and peanut butter until creamy.  Now add your egg and vanilla and mix well. Now add all the dry ingredients from the bag of Aunt Cindy's Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix to the butter mixture.  Mix all the ingredients very well.  Now make your cookie balls like shown below.  Take a fork and press a criss-cross design onto each cookie ball.  Bake according to package directions.  ENJOY!

OATMEAL RAISIN STRAWBERRY BARS
These tasty little bars are great for the holidays.  Prepare two bags of Aunt Cindy's Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Mix according to the package directions.  Take a 10 x 13 inch cake pan and spray it well with a non-stick spray.  Pat 3/4 of the prepared batter evenly into the pan.  Take one cup of strawberry preserves and spread the preserves over the layer of cookie dough.  Take the remaining cookie dough and drop it in spots all over the layer of strawberry preserves, allowing some of the red from the preserves to show through.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the cookies are set in the middle and does not move.  Do not over bake.  Pull from the oven and let cool completely before cutting.  You could serve them like they are or you could sprinkle them with powdered sugar.  ENJOY!
